There are a lot of things a builder has to keep in mind while building for his completed model to fly correctly. Making sure the wing and stabilizer incidence are correct probably top that list. The plans specify 2 degrees positive incidence for the horizontal stabilizer which if you remember I did check and adjust by sanding the stabilizer saddle. The wing incidence is also specified at 2 degrees positive.
