A totally home made, ribbon type microphone. The internal element uses a .0002" thick 1/4" wide by 1" long corrugated aluminum ribbon tensioned between two neodymium magnets that generate a current when moved by sound. I use this one at my ham radio station regularly. Lathe and mill used. Total cost of the lathe and mill was less than a Saito 182!
